You can register by submitting your online registration form and paying your registration and participation fee. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail after submitting the form.

The registration fee includes: NOTE: Presenters must register and pay a conference fee for the Taking Up the Global Challenge 2009 conference.

Sponsoring developing countries PhD-students

PhD-students from developing countries are encouraged to participate and present their research. They may receive sponsorship if they have presented an accepted full paper. More details you will find here.

How to register:

  1. You can register for the conference via this website. Only electronically submitted registrations will be accepted.
  2. Make sure you really submit your registration form. After you submit the form you will automatically receive an email. If not, please log in again and check whether you used the submit button.
  3. If you want to attend one of the excursions or the conference dinner please subscribe to it.
  4. If you bring an accompanying guest to the conference dinner, you need to subscribe for it separately.

Payment

Payment for registration should be made in advance in Euros. Payments can be made by online credit card payment. (Cheques will not be accepted!)

Please note: Registration fee does not include your hotel accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made in writing to the FBU Conference Office. If notification is received by June 1, 2009, a refund of 50% will be made. There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 1, 2009.
